STORE TERMS RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY:
We strive to ensure that you have an easy and pleasant shopping experience with us. Our products are carefully chosen to meet strict quality guidelines and our friendly customer service will do everything possible to make sure you are a satisfied customer! However, if you are not satisfied, you may exchange or return your purchase of unopened box items for the selling price of the product by following the return guidelines listed below.
Please call for a Return Merchandise Authorization number and return instructions before sending back any item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. We recommend that any returns you send to us be fully insured and via a carrier that provides tracking information. In the event that a returned package is lost or damaged during shipment back to our company, we will not be able to refund you. Instead, you will need to contact the shipping courier that you selected and file an insurance claim. All refunds are on unopened packages only will be made to the person/credit card that made the original purchase. All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt. Please allow up to 2 weeks for refunds to be processed.
Returning Defective Items:
All damaged items must be reported within 5 days of the receipt of the item so that the damaged claim may be filed with our shipping courier.

Returning Non-Defective items:
ASC For It Hobbies will not refund your purchase if the item returned has signs of being used by the customer.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping & Handling Fees are not refundable.
Any non-defective orders that are refused or marked & quot;return to sender" will have freight charges deducted from your return. Orders should be returned via Ground service. Express return shipping fees will NOT be reimbursed.
If your original purchase qualified for FREE shipping and you choose to return any part of your order, you will still be responsible to pay for all shipping costs that were originally incurred to ship your order. If a FREE shipping order is refused or deemed Return To Sender, you will also be responsible for the return-shipping fee. These shipping amounts will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellation Policy:
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us as quickly as possible by telephone. We will do our best to prevent your order from shipping, however, because our systems are automated, we cannot always guarantee cancellations. Please note: bulk orders along with personalized and/or made-to-order items may not be canceled once production has begun. If your order does ship out, your order will need to meet all the terms and conditions as outlined in our return policy including restocking fees. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Our Company, reserves the right to cancel an order or to issue a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for merchandise that is advertised in error, is unexpectedly out of stock, does not conform to specifications, or was shipped in error. Our company will also cancel an order if it is deemed to be made in bad faith or for which we were unable to verify billing information with the credit card's issuing ban.
Exchange Policy
At ASC For It Hobbies ™ we are committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any purchase, we will gladly exchange all unopened packages, replace it or credit your account within 30 days of purchase, less shipping costs (note exceptions below). To return any item, ship it back to us via Insured Parcel Post (US Mail), FedEx or UPS. Please fill out the Exchange/Return Form on the back of the packing slip and include it with your shipment. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color or new item, we will absorb the S&H charges of the new product to you. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable for returns,

Please include a copy of the receipt with all returns/exchanges.
1. Include your full name and address, including your zip code, and a contact phone number, email address or fax number, in case we have any questions about your return.
2. Include a brief explanation as to why you are returning the item(s).
3. Indicate how you would like the return handled. Would you like an exchange, gift certificate or a refund to the original payment method?
4. If requesting an exchange, please indicate the item number, item description, quantity, and the product price. Indicate size, color and alternative color, if applicable.
5. Indicate the name and address to which we should send your exchange or refund check if applicable. Purchases made by credit card will be refunded to the original payment method unless otherwise noted.
6. If the new item(s) you are requesting total more than your return item(s), please include the payment method.
Damaged Merchandise
If an item arrives damaged, please be sure to contact us within 3 days of item receipt. An RMA # will be issued for you to include on your paper work and on the outside of the box.
Our items are received in our warehouse in cases, and each item is sealed in individual plastic. Therefore, we are unaware of any items that are damaged. It is important that you inspect all your items when you receive it. All items must be returned with tags attached within 7 days of receipt. We will not accept any merchandise that arrives to our facility without tags attached.
You will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to our warehouse. When the returns are processed, we will ship you the corrected item. It will be the exact item and size that you originally ordered. We cannot make any size exchanges on damaged merchandise.
Processing Exchange and Returns
We waive all shipping and processing fees for exchange orders. If you request a refund, we will refund using the original payment method. Please let us know if you would prefer a gift certificate in place of a refund.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed. Depending on your credit card company, allow 1-2 billing cycles for a refund to show up on your billing statement. If we have your email address on file, a return confirmation email will be sent.

Everything we sell is covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If one of our products doesn't meet your expectations, return it to us for an exchange or refund. Anytime. Any reason. No questions asked (unless you are the one doing the asking).
